Privacy information

This page explains the information involved when you use Strk.trade. Last updated: 14 October 2026.

Information involved

When you use the service, technical information such as IP address, browser details, request timing and security signals may be processed to operate, protect and diagnose the website. Wallet addresses, transaction hashes and smart-contract activity are public blockchain data.

How information is used

Information is used to provide requested functionality, prevent abuse, maintain reliability, respond to support enquiries and comply with applicable obligations. Strk.trade does not need your private key or recovery phrase and will never ask you to provide them.

Service providers and public networks

Infrastructure providers may process limited technical data on our behalf. Wallets, blockchain networks, decentralized exchanges and bridges are independent services. Transactions submitted to public networks are permanent and publicly visible.

Retention and choices

Operational records are retained only as reasonably necessary for security, reliability and legal purposes. Browser storage and wallet permissions can be cleared through your browser or wallet settings. Public blockchain records cannot be deleted by Strk.trade.

Contact

Privacy questions can be submitted through the official channels on the Strk.trade contact page. Do not include seed phrases, private keys or other wallet secrets.
