Terms of use
These terms describe the conditions for accessing the Strk.trade website and software interface. Last updated: 14 October 2026.
1. The service
Strk.trade provides a non-custodial software interface for discovering, launching and trading blockchain assets. We do not act as a bank, broker, exchange, investment adviser or custodian, and we do not control public blockchain networks or third-party services.
2. Your responsibility
You are responsible for your wallet, device, credentials, transaction approvals, taxes and compliance with laws that apply to you. You must review each transaction before signing and must not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
3. Risks
Digital assets are volatile and may lose all value. Smart contracts, wallets, bridges, RPC providers and decentralized markets may fail, be delayed or behave unexpectedly. Token names, images and social links may be supplied by third-party creators and are not endorsements by Strk.trade.
4. Availability and third parties
The service may change, be suspended or become unavailable without notice. Links and integrations with Starknet, Ekubo, Phantom, LayerSwap and other services are governed by their own terms. Their availability is outside our control.
5. No warranties
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing on Strk.trade is financial, legal or tax advice. No content guarantees the legitimacy, liquidity, value or future performance of any asset.
6. Contact
Questions about these terms can be submitted through the official channels listed on the Strk.trade contact page.
